Positive Energy deliver 2MWp solar park in the prefecture of Lakonia

Solar Gate has contracted to Positive Energy the supply of equipment, project design, construction and operation of a photovoltaic park of 2ΜWp in the Prefecture of Lakonia. The project is expected to be finalised and commissioned by March 2011. The operation of the plant has substantial environmental benefits reducing carbon dioxide emissions by 2,600 tons per year. In other, the same amount which is by a 130,000-tree forest via photosynthesis each year.
On behalf of Positive Energy, Mr. Kyriakos Agiannidis, Commercial Director of the Company, stated:  “We add one more important project to the wide list of projects we have under construction throughout Greece. Our ongoing objective is the continued expansion of our presence in the Country and the wider Southeastern Europe by offering complete energy solutions based on our knowledge,  experience and commitment to quality. By adding this project to our portfolio, Positive Energy is having today projects of over 20MWp in total, under development.
